Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,North South University students will get preference

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Interior Design

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Schematic and Detail Design preparation of Architectural and interior project as well as implementation including space planning, RAJUK drawings, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D visualization for residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and industrial projects.     

• Must be a FULL member of IAB with RAJUK/ Cant. Board enlistment.

• Prepare the FAR Analysis of any prospective project according to the IMARAT NIRMAN BIDHIMALA 2024, DAP, BNBC & other relative departmental regulations. 

• Must be able to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape/D5 and Lumion.      
  Supervision and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), specifications and cost proposal for both building and interior design projects.     

• Preparation of Technical presentation and financial bid proposal as per client requirement.   

• Review the drawings received from consultant / client, taking measurement from project sites, meetings & design presentation as well as attending technical meetings with clients.

• Guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the team work effective and successful.

• Visiting Different Showrooms for Gathering updated information regarding materials, fittings, furniture etc. as well as helping the Management / Dept. Head to select Tiles, light, fixture and furniture for running project.   

• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle team. Problem-solving and Decision-making person with excellent interpersonal skill.
