Job Context:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic design and construction consultancy team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working in a leading consultancy firm, implementing designs developed by senior architectural consultants, and demonstrating expertise in industrial, commercial, high-rise, and residential building design.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience working with RSC, NIRAPON, BEZA, BEPZA, BGMEA, DIFE, and other relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all architectural and safety regulations.

As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design and execution of both interior and exterior elements of our projects, ensuring that innovation, functionality, and quality are maintained at every stage. You will oversee the full design process — including planning, budgeting, and scheduling — while mentoring junior architects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions.

Your responsibilities will also include client and stakeholder coordination, conducting site inspections, addressing design and construction challenges, and integrating modern design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes and the built environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead industrial/Commercial/Residential design projects, ensuring integration of all fire and safety requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with RSC, ELEVATE, DIFE, and other relevant industrial standards and authorities in Bangladesh.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of project detailing — a must-have competency.
• Utilize advanced design software such as 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Lumion, CorelDRAW, and other tools for both exterior and interior design (advantageous).
• Prepare comprehensive design concepts, plans, elevations, detailed working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare and submit RAJUK plans and ensure compliance with local authority requirements.
• Produce all types of working drawings and maintain proper documentation of all project records.
• Create presentations and technical proposals for client review and approval.
• Develop detailed layouts and design drawings to support accurate estimation and execution.
• Supervise and monitor the drawing and design development process based on actual field measurements.
• Conduct regular project follow-ups and site visits to ensure that all construction work strictly adheres to approved architectural drawings and specifications.
