Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Submit applications to universities, colleges, and schools in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
∎ Assist students and counselors in preparing necessary documents and verifying application requirements
∎ Maintain and update records of all applications and correspondence with institutions
∎ Track application statuses and ensure timely follow-ups with institutions and internal teams
∎ Communicate with university representatives when necessary
∎ Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws and regulations of the respective countries.
∎ Monitor changes in visa policies and update internal teams and clients accordingly.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of all visa applications and compliance-related documents.
∎ Assist in audits and reporting for visa and compliance matters.
∎ Provide guidance to clients on application processes, and compliance regulations.
∎ Address client queries and concerns regarding visa applications, rejections, or additional requirements.
∎ Ensure clear communication with clients regarding timelines and necessary follow-ups.
∎ Work closely with counselors, admission teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless visa application process.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on visa success rates, processing times, and compliance issues.
∎ Assist in developing and improving internal processes for visa and compliance management.
