Garments Washing Plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure smooth execution of wash of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ • Leading the garments wash production team with the highest capacity
∎ • Optimize the garments wash to meet required targets
∎ • Minimizing production costs by using correct washing technique and proper use of chemicals
∎ • Give necessary guidelines to meet the shipment schedule and deliver products with required quality
∎ • Must be conversant with garments washes, dry finishes and modern technologies
∎ • Ensure that highest efficiency achieved
∎ • Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements
∎ • Must be capable to follow up critical path events
∎ • Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant
∎ • Keep liaison with various departments for ensuring in time production and meet the scheduled shipment
∎ • Monitor floor management and machine performances
∎ • Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures
∎ • Any other job assigned by management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age at least 30 years
∎ • The applicants should have sound knowledge about various washing process of denim fabric
∎ • Should have sound knowledge in dry process, wet process in denim garment
∎ • Should have knowledge in various washing chemical treatments
∎ • Applicant should have sound knowledge on garments quality requirements of international buyers
