Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Master's degree is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Procurement Management System, Supply Chain Management and Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Work in close collaboration with the Officer- Admin, Officer- Procurement and Logistics, and the Manager- Area Program (MAP)
∎ B. Maintain good received notes (GRN), keep the assets and inventory for the Community offices, monitor the storage of procured items, maintain master role and leftover items record;
∎ C. Monitor the community-based constructions on a regular basis;
∎ D. Maintain staff movement, file movement, inventory, distribution, and other registers;
∎ E. Make a schedule for the delivery of goods/ services to ensure all items are correctly accounted for by the team;
∎ F. Keep track of procured stationeries/goods and their disbursement;
∎ G. Provide travel arrangements for all staff and visitors to and from the area, when needed;
∎ H. Oversee the activities of the Community office, and provide guesthouse, meeting room, and hospitality services, as required;
∎ I. Provide assistance with coordinating administrative programs like organizing meetings, seminars, workshops and other similar programs;
∎ J. Arrange and maintain the regular payment of area office bills and oversee payments;
∎ K. Ensure security of the office, especially where network links, internet, office equipment is set up;
∎ L. Supervise the AP office support staff.
∎ M. Provide all necessary support with the procurement of goods, including communicating with vendors, collecting and processing quotations, delivery and making payments, while adhering to all FH policies and procedures;
∎ N. Check that all procurement requests are completed correctly before forwarding them to the Procurement & Logistics Department;
∎ O. Assist the procurement committee to follow and uphold the organization's procurement systems and processes.
∎ P. Manage, maintain, and ensure the security of all Community office records, including digital copies of official government records, notices, announcements, and contracts;
∎ Q. Monitor AP Office and Community Office agreements (i.e. rental agreements) and process payments as per agreements; share those agreements with the relevant parties;
∎ R. Prepare, write, and preserve meeting agenda (working papers), minutes, AP Coordination Meeting resolutions and relevant documents;
∎ S. Maintain and update the area database on local assets, and provide regular reports to the Sr. Officer/Officer- Procurement & Logistics, and MAP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ B. Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, able to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
∎ C. High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ D. Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and / or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ E. Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and /or GoToMeeting;
∎ F. Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ G. Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ H. Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
∎ I. Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ J. Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
∎ K. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time per year in the US and internationally, and in insecure countries or locations

Salary: Tk. 37000 - 40000 (Monthly)
