Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct on-site investigations by visiting stores and customers to directly interact with merchants, verify customer information, and identify potential fraud risks.
∎ Combine mobile fraud user profiling and personnel segmentation, such as financial data and transaction behavior, to develop targeted, differentiated anti-fraud strategies to mitigate risks.
∎ Work closely with the sales and collection teams to promote the deployment and implementation of anti-fraud strategies throughout the entire business process.
∎ Research market development trends and control fraud losses within the target range.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.

∎ As an Anti-Fraud Officer at PalmPay Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and mitigating fraud risks. You will be responsible for visiting markets, assessing potential risks, and providing market intelligence to the management team.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
