Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and build applications for the android platform
∎ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
∎ Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
∎ Develop UI from the sketch as per business requirement
∎ Managing and Integrating Web APIs in android app.
∎ Work on top of the existing codebase for our ongoing android applications.
∎ Knowledge on design principles & Version control systems
∎ Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
∎ Must have knowledge on working with third party service integration

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in working with native iOS and flutter is a plus.
∎ Experience in developing audio/ video calling apps is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with socket programming is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in Java, Kotlin
∎ Deep familiarity with OOP, Android Studio, Gradle, ProGuard and Git, Unit testing;
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services;
∎ Deep understanding of android services, thread, intent, broadcast, database, lifecycle, coroutines, work manager, and file/settings/permissions management.
∎ Familiar with Room database and RXJava
∎ Familiar with MQTT, RabbitMQ is a plus
∎ Familiarity with MVVM and other design patterns, cloud message APIs, and push notifications;
∎ Hands-on experience in Material Design, solid design skills, and ability to write efficient, clean, and reusable code;
∎ Experience with third-party libraries and APIs;
