Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain admin and protocol related schedules, resources, property acquisitions, procedures and policies.

  • Plan, control and supervise all office transportation.

  • Ensure safety, security & protocol of the company.

  • Prepare overtime, holiday allowances, roster, attendance report etc.

  • Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets related to administration within the department, expenditures for the entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.

  • Supervise daily plant administrative safety & security.

  • Coordinate with land owner regarding submission of yearly land development tax, land mutation, land ownership Issue etc.

  • Prepare monthly fund requisition for the plant’s O & M expenses and submit to the Head of Finance for further process.

  • Maintain petty cash of plant and submit the report to Head of Finance.

  • Summaries and check the plant related bills & vouchers.

  • Maintain Cash Book and report of any excess/shortage.

  • Maintain plant site company bank account.

  • Prepare bank ledger & bank reconciliation and timely submit it to the finance team.

  • Ensure all plant related payments are made timely and accurately.

  • Check & issue accurate lease payment to land owners.

  • Ensure proper implementation of the plant environment, health & safety (EHS) plan.

  • Prepare monthly EHS report & submit to the director of operations.

  • Conduct internal EHS audit and fulfill the query and advise the external auditor according to the submitted report.

  • Maintain liaison with local affairs, government bodies, land owners and other agencies.
