Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main Responsibility:-
∎ Monthly sales strategy plan & implementation. Project wise report submission by the 20th of every month.
∎ Sales analysis work regarding target vs achievement.
∎ Marketing activities analysis & report on the way forward with recommendation & implementation (Lead).
∎ Monthly audit of all cluster activities & reporting. Recommendation & implementation.
∎ Prepare a pricing strategy.
∎ Performance evaluation of sales team weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
∎ Market intelligence and market analysis.
∎ Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
∎ Monitor RCU Business in context with Bangladesh real estate business trends and timely (weekly, monthly, quarterly) report to the management.
∎ Closely work with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
∎ Play an essential role in manpower planning (Sales), job allocation, ensuring the right people at the right place, office discipline etc.
∎ Target vs achievement of lead generation of the sales team.
∎ Preparing presentation of fortnight and monthly review meetings.
∎ Tracking and updating meeting minutes’ agenda related to sales.
∎ Tracking individual salesperson performance as per ABP.
∎ Tracking and monitoring all individual salesperson targets vs achievement of input measures.
∎ Additional Responsibility:-
∎ Responsible to work exclusively with HOS to bring overall development and target vs achievement of the sales department.
∎ All coordination work with the head of sales.
∎ Coordination with other departments to assist the Head of Sales.
∎ Closely work with the sales team to assess the department's progress and develop sales strategy accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
∎ 3+ years of Sales Analysis or other relevant experience
∎ High proficiency in Sales forecasting techniques.
∎ Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
∎ Strong analytical and data gathering skills
∎ Good business acumen
