∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 monitoring & Level 1 IT support of mission critical systems of Data Centre, Near Data Centre and DR Site of the bank. Mission Critical Devices includes Power & Cooling Devices, Critical Hardware & Software Systems, etc.
∎ Ensure Systematic Communication (phone call/ SMS/ email) with the respective stakeholders & timely notification.
∎ Ensure proactive monitoring and Level 1 support of Data Centre active & passive systems. The monitoring & supports includes but not limited to: Data Center Infrastructure Monitoring with different monitoring tools, DC Alarming system (heat, smoke, fire, water, dust, temperature, humidity) & notifications, Network Monitoring, UPS/cooling system Monitoring, ADC Channels (ATM & CRM) Transactions Monitoring including device working status, SMS (alert/push/pull) Monitoring, UPS/cooling system Monitoring, Mission critical servers, services & process monitoring, Database services & performance monitoring & Data Center CCTV monitoring.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience & knowledge on Data Centre management systems and its overall operations.
∎ Operational knowledge of industry standard power/cooling system of Data Centre, various operating systems, database scripting/ SQL will add values.
∎ The candidate must be ready to work 24/7 roaster basis. Experience candidates will get priority.
