Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and operations of the breeders farm (poultry).

• Ensure proper implementation of biosecurity, vaccination, and health management protocols.

• Monitor feed, water, lighting, and environment control to maximize production and fertility.

• Assist in planning and execution of hatching schedules and egg collection targets.

• Supervise farm staff, allocate duties, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

• Maintain accurate records of flock performance, mortality, feed consumption, and production.

• Liaise with veterinary, technical, and supply chain teams for smooth farm operation.

• Implement quality and safety standards for poultry products.

• Report daily production updates and challenges to senior management.

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, government rules, and animal welfare guidelines.
