∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Ensure everyday sales target.
∎ Distributor & Dealer set up as required
∎ Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per route plan & solve problem.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers
∎ Achieve sales target & Report Daily Sales target Vs achievement
∎ Sales promote/increase
∎ Ensure Secondary sales
∎ Ensure Cash sales
∎ Supervise & monitor daily sales activities of large sales units at field level
∎ Assist to Sales planning
∎ Forecast market demand and achieve sales target
∎ Ensure sustainable growth of own market share
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor's product, price, feature, marketing
∎ strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities
∎ Ensure products availability.
∎ Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time through frequent market visit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Dealer Sales, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales Service, Dealer Sales, Sales & Marketing.
