Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools
Basic understanding of banking products, interest rate risk, and liquidity management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in monitoring and managing the bank’s liquidity and interest rate risk
Support the preparation of ALM reports including liquidity profile, Wholesale Borrowing, Commitment, LCR & NSFR.
Help maintain compliance with Bangladesh Bank’s ALM guidelines and reporting standards.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and analysis.
Participate in the development and enhancement of ALM models and tools
