- Should have experience in AI, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Required Skills
- Strong Python fundamentals.
- Understanding of tokens, embeddings, and context windows.
- Experience with LLM integrations or chatbot development.
- Familiarity with vector search / RAG concepts.Ability to build REST APIs.
- Basic experience with Docker and cloud platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multilingual or Bangla NLP.
- Exposure to LoRA fine-tuning or model optimization.
- Practical experience using FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or ElasticSearch vector index.
- Knowledge of data handling and security best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Integrate external LLMs into backend systems (API-based).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Elastic, Pinecone, etc.) for search and retrieval.
- Develop backend microservices in Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Preprocess documents and generate embeddings.
- Implement basic guardrails and reduce hallucinations in LLM outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders; write clean, documented code.
- Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
