Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven applications that provide innovative solutions to complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies and enhance the functionality and performance of various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop AI-based applications and solutions, utilizing machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing technologies.

● Develop scalable and efficient AI models and algorithms tailored to the needs of the organization and its clients.

● Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate AI models into production systems and applications.

● Conduct model evaluation and testing to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.

● Continuously monitor AI applications and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless performance.

● Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and relevant technologies.

● Document development processes, code, and results, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

● Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on AI-based systems.

● Contribute to AI research and development initiatives to drive innovation and improve system performance

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

● Proven experience (3+ years) in AI application development and machine learning.

● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.

● Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

● Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and AI/ML techniques.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Experience with data manipulation and preprocessing using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and other data science libraries.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines.

● Experience with AI-powered applications such as chatbots, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics tools.

● Knowledge of deployment pipelines and model optimization techniques.

● Familiarity with reinforcement learning or generative models.

● Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
