Experience:

• Diploma

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field.

• At least 2 years

• Only Male

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in Agro-Centres or similar agricultural management roles.

• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment maintenance.

• Proven experience in farm management or agricultural production.

• Strong knowledge of livestock production.

• Ability to work long hours and handle stressful situations.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency.

• Supervise and manage various agricultural projects, including Dairy Farm, Poultry Farm, Fishery, and other related activities.
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate records,Experience in budget management and financial planning.
• Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products.
• Recruiting, training and supervising farm workers.
• Making sure that work is done safely and in time to meet targets and orders.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases management.
• Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
• Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts related to agricultural operations.
• Develop and promote value-added Agro-products to enhance productivity and profitability.

• Competitive gross monthly salary of Taka 25,000/- (Negotiable+ Profit share)
