• Honors and Master’s degree in Bangla from a reputed university with good academic result and minimum 3.00 CGPA is required.

• Proficiency in English will be taken as extra quality.

• Joypurhat Girls’ Cadet College is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Bangla to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Bangla language and literature, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the academic and cultural development of the institution.
• At least 1–2 years of teaching experience at reputed colleges is preferred. Fresh candidates with strong academic backgrounds may also apply.
• Sound knowledge of SSC & HSC curriculum under NCTB.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to educational excellence.

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in Bangla following the NCTB curriculum for SSC and HSC level students.

• Develop and update academic materials, syllabus, and lesson plans.

• Evaluate and assess students` performance through exams, assignments, and class activities.

• Support students’ academic development and provide extra guidance where necessary.

• Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, workshops, and seminars.

• Engage in co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to language, literature, and cultural programs.

• Maintain academic records and submit required reports in a timely manner.

• Uphold institutional values and maintain discipline in and outside the classroom.

• Club Management: Oversee Bangla Debate and Literary Clubs. Extra remuneration will be paid for managing these activities.
