Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Agriculture, Fisheries, Veterinary
∎ Skill in running an Agro-Fisheries project on a progressive and sustaining scale.
∎ Practical experience on running a modern Agro-Fisheries Farm.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates having very good knowledge and long experience of running a Agro-Fisheries.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Animal Breeding, Farm Management, Fisheries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing all the work activities done in a farm.
∎ Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily.
∎ Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
∎ Training / instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Maintain a process to reduce the production cost (Like producing fish feed, cattle feed, poultry feed etc. by own).
∎ Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm product, fish, feed etc.
∎ Able to know the possible disease and its remedy.
∎ To ensure the high quality of the farm by selecting the right raw materials.
∎ Assist the owner with sales of the farm product.
∎ Overseeing the daily harvesting of the Fish and Agriculture product.
∎ Making necessary liaison with Govt. Agro, Dairy & Fish expert and take all necessary action as needed / suggested.
∎ Maintain knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them.
∎ Apply health and safety standards across the farm estate
∎ Knowing the market conditions and staying up to date on it.
∎ Assist the owner in expanding the business.
∎ Innovating new business ideas and manufacturing methods.
∎ Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
∎ Any Kinds of work assigned by the top management.

∎ Age at most 35 years
