*Implement company agricultural sales and extension plans in the assigned area.
*Develop and manage dealer, retailer, and farmer networks.
*Conduct farm visits, feed inspections, and field demonstrations.
*Provide technical guidance to farmers on feed management, disease control, and product use.
*Monitor market demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
*Organize farmer meetings, training programs, and promotional campaigns.
*Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and company policies.
*Build long-term relationships with farmers, dealers, and local stakeholders.
