Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture from any reputed institute (Knowledge in Horticulture will be preferable).
∎ Skills Required: Gardener, Homestead gardening, Horticulture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agriculture Project, Beautification, Horticulture, Tree Plantation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of landscaping & beautification work.
∎ Scheduling daily activities and implementation of gardening & beautification related all works on field.
∎ Plantation and maintenance of different indoor plants, flower plants, shrubs and trees.
∎ Performing of overseeing pest & disease management, fertilization, irrigation and other intercultural operations.
∎ Maintaining stock register of different agricultural elements related to beautification & landscaping project and reporting project update to In Charge.
∎ Ensure manpower distribution, fertilization, watering and others intercultural operation throughout the culture period.
∎ Controlling insecticides and pesticides in vegetable and fruit garden.
∎ Prepare & provide daily, Weekly & monthly reports to the management.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experiences of gardening & landscaping works.
∎ Should be capable to plan, organize and execute of all project activities.
∎ Should have a good communication & project supervision skills.
∎ Should have proper knowledge on Plantation & maintenance of horticultural plants.
∎ Must have interpersonal skill and Computer literacy ( MS office application).
∎ Determined to work hard.
Salary: Negotiable
