Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ডিপার্টমেন্টাল সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের লক্ষে সুপারভাইজরকে পরিপূর্ণ সহায়ত করতে হবে।
∎ গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের পরিপূণ সেবা প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সর্বোচ্চ স্তরের গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
∎ প্লানোগ্রাম অনুসারে পণ্যদ্রব্য সাজানো এবং প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
∎ ষ্টান্ডার্ড অপারেটিং প্রসিডিউর অনুযায়ী সঠিক প্যাকেজিং ও ডেলিভারী করতে হবে।
∎ কর্মক্ষেত্রে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম বিধি মেনে চলতে হবে।
∎ ফ্রি পণ্যের ইনভেন্টরি করা এবং গ্রাহকদের অফার ও প্রমোশন অনুযায়ী পণ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ লাইন ম্যনেজার কর্তৃক নির্দেশিত পথে কিউ. এম. এস. নিয়ম বিধি মেনে চলতে হবে।
∎ নিয়মিত পণ্যের মেয়াদোত্তির্ণের তারিখ পরীক্ষা করা এবং লাইন ম্যনেজারকে তা রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।
∎ শেলফ, অন্যান্য ওয়ার্কস্টেশন এবং গ্রাহক সেবার স্থানসমূহ পরিষ্কার-পরিছন্ন এবং স্বাস্থসম্মত রাখতে হবে।
∎ ওয়্যারহাউস এবং সাপ্লায়ারের থেকে পণ্যদ্রব্য গ্রহণে সহায়তা, লোডিং, আনলোডিং এবং সেলভ পর্যন্ত নিতে হবে।
∎ ডিপার্টমেন্টাল সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের লক্ষে সুপারভাইজরকে পরিপূর্ণ সহায়ত করতে হবে।
