Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of service

  • Implement operational strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and brand standards

  • Set monthly performance targets for revenue, service quality, and operational efficiency; optimize based on results

  • Monitor sales performance and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, menu campaigns, and seasonal offerings

  • Identify new customer segments, build partnerships, and explore revenue-generating opportunities

  • Establish service guidelines to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest

  • Maintain and update guest database for personalized guest engagement and loyalty building

  • Foster strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth

  • Track competitor offerings and market trends to ensure competitive positioning

  • Prepare operational, financial, and service-quality reports for management review

  • Train, supervise, and motivate team members to uphold grooming and service standards

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management related to the role
