• Lead R&D projects related to dyeing processes, shade development, cost optimization, and quality improvements.

• Innovate and trial new dyeing techniques, auxiliaries, dyes, and processes to improve product quality and reduce lead time.

• Analyze new fabric types and finishes to determine the best dyeing approach for customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with production, QA, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes into bulk.

• Drive automation, energy savings, and sustainability projects within the dyeing unit.

• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and provide permanent solutions through R&D.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all trials, test reports, and results.

• Stay up to date with market trends, global dyeing technologies, and eco-compliance standards (ZDHC, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).

• Evaluate and approve new dyes and chemicals after laboratory and pilot-scale testing.

• Train and mentor junior chemists and technicians in R&D techniques and dyeing innovations.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies in all R&D activities.
