Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop new markets, identify potential customers, and secure new orders by promoting the organization’s expertise in jute weaving and maintaining continuous customer relationships.
∎ Oversee order management for woven jute products, coordinating with team members to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
∎ Ensure sample development and bulk shipments align with customer requirements in quality, design, and delivery timelines.
∎ Guide pricing strategy, payment terms, shipment methods, and other contract conditions, ensuring orders are confirmed and aligned with customer expectations.
∎ Monitor agreed pricing and facilitate order placement within weaving facilities, including subcontracted production, to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
∎ Manage and follow up on the Time and Action plan to ensure a smooth workflow from order confirmation to final shipment.
∎ Control the weaving production process to maintain quality standards and ensure timely shipments, meeting customer deadlines.
∎ Coordinate with the Quality Control, Commercial, and Accessories departments, as well as other key stakeholders, to ensure a smooth production process, timely shipment, and efficient payment collection.
∎ Lead, motivate, and develop team members to be customer-focused and perform at high levels of excellence.
