• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUTEX/AUST/NITAR

• Candidates with relevant professional certifications/training in Quality Management will get preference.

• Age should be within 40 years.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Management in a Ring Spinning/Yarn Manufacturing Industry.

• Candidates having experience in export-oriented spinning mills will be preferred.

• Experience managing quality operations of multiple production units/factories will be an added advantage.

• Must have sound knowledge of computer applications and relevant software & good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.

• Candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated, hardworking, and possess strong initiative with the ability to work independently.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of Ring Spinning and Yarn Quality Management.

• Good knowledge of Uster testing, yarn testing and quality analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to lead and manage a quality team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production/customer quality requirements.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and quality reporting systems.

Job Context

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM–Quality Department (Spinning) to oversee and ensure the quality standards of our two 100% export-oriented Ring Spinning Mills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent yarn quality, implementing quality control systems, analyzing quality performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international standards.

Job Location: Factory Site-Bhaluka Mymensing

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) for both factories.

• Monitor and control yarn quality throughout the production process from Cotton to Finishing Yarn.

• Establish and maintain quality standards for different yarn counts, compositions and customer requirements.

• Analyze laboratory and production quality reports and take necessary corrective/preventive actions.

• Monitor quality performance through Uster/AFIS and other laboratory testing equipment.

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and accuracy of all quality testing instruments.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality problems and implement effective Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Planning, Commercial and Marketing/Marketing & Sales teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Monitor and reduce customer complaints, claims, rejection and quality-related losses.

• Ensure consistency of yarn quality between different machines, shifts and production lots.

• Establish and monitor quality targets/KPIs for the Quality Department.

• Conduct regular quality audits of production processes and ensure compliance with approved standards.

• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly quality reports and present findings to Management.

• Ensure proper sampling, testing, and inspection and documentation procedures.

• Monitor raw material/cotton quality and its impact on finished yarn quality.

• Work closely with the production team to optimize machine/process settings for improved yarn quality.

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and export standards.

• Handle customer quality complaints, investigate causes and provide technical feedback/action plans.

• Train and develop Quality Department personnel and ensure proper implementation of SOPs.

• Maintain proper records of quality data, test reports, inspection reports and corrective actions.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, waste reduction and productivity enhancement.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Quality Departments of both factories.

• Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by Management.
