Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All kinds of Bond activities: (Manage Bond License, Renewal of bond license, Yearly Audit, Lien Bank Addition, In-bond, Ex-bond, UP, UD, New Machine Addition and Capacity Increase) etc.
∎ Hands on experience in UP online system
∎ Reports to the management and take part to decision-making for different matters
∎ Monitoring and timely renewal all business and bond-related licenses (Trade License, IRC, ERC, BIDA, Membership Certificate, Fire License, Factory License, bond license etc).
∎ Hands-on Expertise Bond online management system
∎ Follow up on all L/C and UD and UP formalities
∎ Do the In-bond and Ex-bond related jobs. Utilization Declaration (UD) follows up
∎ Prepare custom book entries as per UD consumptionFollow up Annual Import Permission
∎ Do all work related to BGMEA, BKMEA & BPGMEA, BJMA
∎ Prepare and ensure the required documentation for the bond license/audit is ready for renewal
∎ Prepare yearly import/export customs statements
∎ Prepare PRC for the Bank
∎ Follow up on compliance issues in the factory regarding bond and export items.
∎ Adequate Knowledge of H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, BJMA, NBR & other delegates etc.
∎ Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and target oriented. Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and Windows OS, PDF, e-mail and internet browsing
∎ Liaison and regular communication with the bond office to ensure seamless bond-related business progress
∎ Responsible for ensuring goods delivery from the port to the factory by coordinating the local logistics, Good command of English & Bengali
∎ Should have good analytical ability and a high level of professional integrity
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management
