• Minimum 12–20 years’ experience in apparel manufacturing with reputed buyers

• At least 3 years in a key leadership role in Operations Management

• Strong knowledge of Apparel Operations Management including production planning, line balancing, efficiency, and on-time delivery

• Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing culture and continuous improvement initiatives

• Sound knowledge in Industrial Engineering (IE Layout, SMV, target setting, efficiency improvement)Technical expertise in Down Jackets, Technical Outerwear & Rainwear Products

• Experience in managing shift operations in sewing lines will be an added advantage

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Lead overall operations to ensure smooth production flow and achievement of shipment targets as per buyer requirements.

• Technical capability of handling Down Jackets / Technical Products & Rainwear Products.

• Review production planning regularly and adjust based on material availability and delivery priorities.

• Monitor sewing, finishing, and overall production performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards
  Ensure 100% on-time delivery through coordination with Production, IE, QA, and other supporting departments.

• Implement Lean practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

• Analyze production reports, efficiency, and variance, and take corrective actions accordingly

• Mus know Industrial Engineering activities including layout planning, SMV, and target setting

• Ensure proper manpower utilization, control absenteeism, and maintain workforce stability

• Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve performance
  Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and maintain a safe working environment

• Develop team capability through training and performance monitoring.

• Experience in Shift work in Sewing lines is an added advantage
