• Only Male

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Garments Factory (Woven), Sweater Factory and Outwear.

• Minimum 10 Years of Experience with Reputable and well-Known Buyers.

• Experienced individual required for Strong Marketing Team.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve high performance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on objectives.

• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development for sales staff.

• Must be presentable with Good Communication skills both in Bangla and English (Verbally and Written form)

• Salary will be based on individuals Experience, Target and Performance.
