∎ Extensive knowledge of outerwear production techniques, including Padded and Non-Padded Real Down Jackets, Fake Down Jackets, Long and Short Fashion Jackets, Seam Sealed Jackets etc.
∎ Proven ability to manage large-scale garment operations with strong attention to detail and quality.
∎ Excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the production process from initial cutting to final shipment, ensuring smooth operation and coordination at each stage.
∎ Lead and manage project setup and execution for outerwear products, focusing on Padded and Non-Padded Real Down Jackets, Fake Down Jackets, Long and Short Fashion Jackets, Seam Sealed Jackets etc.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and quality control, to optimize production processes·
∎ Guide teams in solving technical challenges and addressing issues in development and production.
∎ Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and optimization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery) for profitable operations.
∎ Monitor and evaluate production workflows to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Monitor and improve production and manpower efficiency while reducing Excess Over Time (EOT).
∎ Focus on First Time Through (FTT), Non-productive Time (NPT) reduction, TNA, material loss prevention, and Cost per Minute (CPM) optimization.
∎ Convene daily production meetings and coordinate production schedules with Merchandising and Quality teams.
∎ Leverage expertise in sample assessment, pattern making, garment construction, and the production process.
∎ Oversee pre-production tests, approvals, and SOP creation to maintain buyer and company standards.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and reduce lead times.
∎ Analyze costs and control raw material and consumables usage, working to reduce costs in key areas such as yarn and fabric waste
