Job Context:
The Personnel will be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and operational activities within a designated territory or district to achieve the company’s real estate sales targets. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales officers/agents, building strong relationships with local clients and channel partners, and ensuring effective market penetration.
The Personnel will act as the primary point of contact for all real estate business activities of Rupayan within the territory, focusing on revenue growth, brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement territory-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Recruit, train, and supervise local sales teams and channel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Organize property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events within the territory.
Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback to improve performance.
Coordinate with the Head Office for inventory, pricing, marketing materials, and sales campaigns.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and operational policies of the company.
Drive customer engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels and referrals.
