Experience:
To Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
To lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
To plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
To address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To identify niche customer & business opportunity and ensure database accordingly.
Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
Have to submit various reports to Management.
