∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have vast knowledge of modern poultry production facilities.
∎ Must be willing to do extensive field visit.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, organizing and managing the activities of Breeder Farms and Hatcheries.
∎ Overall monitoring of the Breeder Farms and Hatcheries.
∎ Prepare SOPs and all types of Record Keeping Formats related to bird health management, feeding management, vaccination programs, Lighting management, Production and other related records.
∎ Prepare various types of variance reports (standard vs. Actual) related to bird health, feeding, body weight, production etc.
∎ Preparation of yearly DOC production plan and act accordingly to achieve the set target.
∎ Oversee full operation of Broiler Breeder Farms & Hatcheries and Provide all Technical & Managerial support related to Farm & Hatchery management.
∎ Liaising with producer company representatives ensuring maximum output from the breeds and machineries.
∎ Responsible for providing technical assistance for capacity building of farm/hatchery managers, supervisors and production workers.
∎ Training and development of team members.
