Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with the organization’s vision and goals.
∎ Periodically review and revise strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
∎ Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously analyze performance and adjust plans to optimize results and ensure achievement of targets.
∎ Lead and execute sales campaigns and promotional activation programs to drive engagement. Build strong relationships with customers, understand market trends, and align strategies accordingly.
∎ Work closely with departments such as Product Acquisition, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and unified organizational efforts.
∎ Identify potential markets, generate new leads, and explore untapped business opportunities.
∎ Guide and support the sales team to achieve assigned objectives.
∎ Develop sales guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service and a remarkable client experience.
∎ Maintain and manage a well-organized sales database aligned with organizational systems for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Develop proactive strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
∎ Conduct market research and data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
∎ Foster a culture of openness, trust, motivation, and collaboration within the team.
∎ Provide support and guidance to enhance team productivity and morale.
∎ Demonstrate flexibility in managing business fluctuations. Exhibit persuasive communication skills and a charismatic leadership style.
