• The Candidate Must Have at Least 10-12 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (Any Reputed Company).
• Must be target oriented.
• Able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Experience on Relevant Field.
• Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English).
• Experience on Sales & Marketing Any reputed Company

We are Looking for Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as General Manager/ Team Leader (Sales & Marketing) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in Group of Company .

Responsibilities:

• Corporate Sales/ Marketing.

• Have to sales Land, Plot and Flat.

• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.

• One must have the skill to manage a team effectively. It is essential to be diligent in achieving both personal and the targets of team members.

• Prepare report as required by management.

• Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.

• Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.

• Build a strong relationship with customer.

• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

• Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.

• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.

• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.

• Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
