Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the production input in the line and achieve the production target on daily basis.
∎ Analyze the monthly production plan, sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the production target.
∎ Correspondence with the relevant department regarding fabric and accessories on the basis of the order sheet.
∎ Getting the PP samples/ size sets approved by the buyers and take necessary steps in time.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations on processing multiple orders at the same time.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned by superior.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to achieve the weekly shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for the best output as well as on time shipment for all orders.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Prepare daily reports on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-12 years’ working experience in relevant field where as 4 years in similar position in any woven bottom industries.
∎ Product experience of the US and EU based buyers and their production process.• Capable/expertise of leading entire production team and handle pressure/deadlines.
∎ Must have Leadership quality and should be able to mitigate all sort of sudden production problems in systemic and compliant manner.
∎ Must be proficient in computer, email, and ERP software.
