  • Excellent communication and team building ability

Responsibilities & Context:

Manage nationwide sales & marketing of G-Gas LPG

Achieving sustainable business growth by creating new distributors and nursing the existing distributors, retailers and industrial clients.

Providing adequate motivation and assistance to the entire team to achieve their target through influential and situational leadership style.

Drive nationwide LPG sales strategy targeting retail (domestic), commercial and industrial customers.

Oversee channel development including distributors, dealers and retailers.

Visit market regularly to communicate with distributor & monitor sales

Project payment and target qty on weekly/monthly/yearly basis as per policy/guideline

Increase market share in respective market where G-gas is legging behind.

Control distribution cost of each & every distribution area.

Collect & compile competitors information regarding price and marketing competition.

Innovate, plan and execute new sales strategy in the target market

Monitor and maintain alternative sales and distribution method to minimize cost of delivery.

Train and encourage sales team to develop sales & communication skill.
