Sales experience in Bitumen Sales in Bangladesh.

Must have strong communication skill.

Bashundhara Oil & Gas Company Limited (BOGCL) is looking for a professional for the position of AGM-Sales.

• To lead a large sales team to develop market & individual sales employees.

• Plan, organize, implement and monitor Sales & Marketing activities to achieve continuous effective Market target

• Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the customer level.

• Build strong network in the segment of Traders and End users.

• Resolve all sales related issues and problem risen from market by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments

• Maintain liaison with existing & potential customer to ensure the business objective.

• Keep the management daily update on sales progress.

• Take the challenge to meet the sales target and report to the management.

• Monitor competitor activity.

• Prepare Sales Plan for developing the market.

• Increase brand and product awareness to the customers.

• Prepare daily, Weekly Monthly reports according to business requirements.

• Visit regularly with Engineers & Government Office to create of Market Demand.
