Candidate should have a good knowledge on Knit Garment
Having at least 2-3 years of working experience in the similar position
Good leadership skill and a proven track record
Good communication skill both written & verbal in English
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, Manage and supervise the whole QA team across the multiple units by aligning with company’s mission/vision along with the buyer requirements.
Take full ownership in every process to till shipped the goods
Develop, formulate and implement the Quality Standard, policy & procedures in each process (PP meeting to Shipment) by aligning with the customer requirements.
Track/Evaluate the QC/AQ performance by analyzing the production data, preparing a statistical report to make the data driven decision and sharing the findings to the relevant departments
Conduct the risk assessment meeting along with technical and bulk team to assess the production feasibility and mitigate the risk in the early stage
Follow-up & monitoring the final inspection and resolve the issue if arises.
Develop the training module and conduct the training session to enhance the skill & productivity of QA team
Prepare the factory to face any kind of technical audit (QMS, RQS) and lead the team & audit when conducting the technical audit in the facility.
Take continuous improvement initiatives by implementing the Lean & sigma tools
Maintain good communication & relation with customers as well as inter-department to smooth the operation
