∎ Age 33 to 43 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in production management, preferably in woven garment manufacturing for international brands.
∎ Strong understanding of production processes for woven garments, buyer compliance standards, and export market trends.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make sure planned production target & efficiency of each line / Floor achieved as per given time frame.
∎ Build & Maintain excellent relation ship with the staff & work force with good motivation.
∎ Assist the production managers where necessary to increase efficiency
∎ Keep good house keeping in the shop floor
∎ Monitor the shipment schedule & make sure production as per schedule.
∎ Reduce the change over time by making QCO team & improve the learning curve.
∎ Control the absenteesm & train operators where necessary.
∎ Make sure the proper line balancing as per target.
