Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Ensure production achievement Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise Production.
∎ Ensure Manpower utilization at optimum level in every shift.
∎ Ensure minimum wastage and keeping data of wastage Shift wise/ Process wise.
∎ Ensure that no incident of Lot mix, count mix, process mix happen in the Mill.
∎ Ensure adequate motivation and retention of all workers.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Head for optimal pricing/production/lead time.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures, processes, and policies to ensure that products meet the company's standards and customer requirements.
∎ Manage a team of quality control personnel and provide guidance and leadership to ensure that all team members are effectively trained and equipped to perform their duties.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards at all stages of production.
∎ Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including product specifications, inspection checklists, and quality control reports.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as production, design, and engineering, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
∎ Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, identify the root cause of the issue, and develop corrective actions to prevent similar issues from recurring.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of products and processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
∎ Ensure quality of raw material for manufacturing process.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% Cotton Yarn, 100% Viscose Yarn and Cotton & Viscose Blended Yarn and Rotor Yarn.
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection.
∎ Minimum 12 years experiences in any 100% export oriented textile/garment industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
