Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dyeing section, including production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
∎ Supervise and coordinate all activities related to dyeing and finishing operations, including dye selection, color matching, fabric preparation, dye application, and finishing treatments.
∎ Responsible for Lab dip, Recipe, Sample fabric follow up and also improve RFT.
∎ Ensure that daily production schedules and targets meet as per planning.
∎ Instruct team that which chemical dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right color.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Dying process is going well following SOP's
∎ Root cause analysis for low production, rejection, and CPA.
∎ Establish KPI to facilitate the monitoring of production performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement within the dyeing and finishing section.
