∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality and other production related activities
∎ Ensure achievement of production target through seamless production by harmonizing all schedules linked with production process (production schedule, work schedule, maintenance schedule, etc.)
∎ Coordinate plant activities by planning with departmental managers to ensure the total production objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner
∎ Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics and performance targets
∎ Responsible for overall maintenanace of all plant facilities and equipments

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 - 10 years in manufacturing plant, preferrably in cement factory
