∎ Should have sound knowledge about Garments & Textiles based Maintenance & Utility functions
∎ Should be analytical
∎ Should have good communication Skill
∎ Should be energetic and hard working
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment, Textiles, print & embroidery machinery & supervise Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station
∎ Analyze the process improvement, cost reduction with the maintenance department to reduce, reuse and recycle for sustainable energy consumption
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Generator, Boiler & Compressor
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment’s and machinery.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility services.Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Above activities are executed for the following units:Utility: Gas Boiler, Gas Generator, Substation, Screw compressor, ETP, WTP, Knit Dyeing, Yarn Dyeing, Knitting, Printing, RMG
