Brand Planning/ Development, Fashion Gallery, Retail Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set an implement the business strategies for the business to attain its goal, ensure repetitive customers, volume sales and increased footfall.
∎ Develop the Yearly Budget Plan in accordance with Management's guideline.
∎ Ensure the business reflects the brand promise at all times through its product displays, the layout and ambiance in full abidance of the brand book.
∎ Ensure constant liaison with the Top Management for Marketing and finance support and ensure seamless execution of campaigns to highlight the brand and its products.
∎ Set up performance metrics of the Sales Man/Shop Manager and ensure strong follow-up of desired traits of respect and spontaneity.
∎ Be in constant communication with the customers to drive traffic and product sales.
∎ Ensure seamless customer experience by ensuring every member of the store floor knows their roles and follows up with it immaculately.
∎ Ensure and maintain updated balances each day.
∎ Ensure instant reporting on any deviation on product specifications and design and immediately take action to address them.
∎ Ensure all supply stocks are in order to align for business needs at all times.
∎ Ensure the best possible product display.
∎ Drive to achieve the targeted sales and profit margin percentage according to the yearly budget.
∎ Provide regular feedback to the sourcing team on product trends and initiate needed changes to the product lines and collections to address different seasons and specific customer needs.
∎ Work closely with team members while generating new ideas, developing and implementing any marketing plan, organizing events.
∎ Support Marketing team with customer data and survey reports to ensure market positioning and coordinate with them to ensure better communication to reach out the targeted customer base.
∎ Oversee the daily activities of Accounts Department, monitor daily sales reports and work closely with them to mitigate the old stock issues.
∎ Oversee the Inventory Management process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skill and critical reasoning
∎ Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Having sound knowledge in MS Excel & Other office applications.
∎ Cross-Cultural sensitivity, flexible world view, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
∎ Fluency in English reading, writing & Speaking.
