∎ Must have proven record of working in a Buying House or in a reputed garment company in Manufacturing, Marketing & Merchandising for at least 10 years.
∎ Must have good track record of experience in reputed companies.
∎ Must be self-driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly .
∎ Must possess the ability to work under challenging environment .
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written) .
∎ Good Computer skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to manage 30 to 35 production lines independently.
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer.
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain
∎ Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to Customers
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production .
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders .
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non-Conformity (NC).
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions .
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Job Context
∎ Candidates who are 12 to 15 years working experience with Marketing and Merchandising in a reputed Knit composite garments industry are requested to apply for AGM (Marketing & Merchandising).
