Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com in Marketing or equivalent with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed or highly deserving candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team of professionals and technical personnel to attain a high standard of productivity and efficiency in knit garments manufacturing.
∎ Maintain a high profile and image of the factory in all aspects to attract and retain top brands and retailers.
∎ Sourcing for new buyers.
∎ Develop new market.
∎ To make effective negotiation on costing with the buyer/ buyer's liaison office(s) to take the order on premium thereby excel account revenue and profit.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ To make effective negotiation of the changes in ship date and order qty. In addition to handles mode of shipment, complains, claim etc.
∎ Follow-up of product development.
∎ Co-ordinates between the department of supply Chain & PDD to ensure risk free bulk production.
∎ Involves in final inspection of the orders.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
∎ Analyze customer buying patterns and predict future trends.
∎ Monitor overall activities of production, commercial, QC, shipping etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years in a 100% export oriented knit garments manufacturing industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal,communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good command over MS Office application.
Salary: Negotiable
