Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Developing new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Plan, organize, lead and control of sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Ensure plant and machine are in operable condition and effective capacity utilization production layout and planning.
∎ He is responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a group of people in many instances. He is also responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within a business unit.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of production plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic production plan and its implementation.
∎ Create strong performance culture that reinforce the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Strong Computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ Good skill in English.
Salary: Negotiable
