• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 12–15 years of practical experience in Maintenance & Utility, with at least 5–7 years in a senior/managerial role.
• Strong experience in Yarn Dyeing / Textile
• Proven hands-on expertise in:Boiler operation & maintenance (gas/coal/biomass)Generators & electrical substation, Air compressor, chiller & HVAC systems ETP, WTP, RO, softener plant Steam, gas, water & compressed air distribution
• Sound knowledge of preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
• Strong understanding of energy management, utility optimization, and cost reduction techniques.
• Clear knowledge of Bangladesh Boiler Act, electricity rules, gas safety, and DoE environmental regulations.
• Experience in facing buyer audits, compliance audits, and government inspections.
• Ability to prepare and manage maintenance budgets, CAPEX, reports, and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent coordination skills with production, QA, compliance, and EHS teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, CMMS, and maintenance documentation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdown situations.
• Good communication skills in Bangla and working knowledge of English

• Plan, organize, and lead overall maintenance & utility operations of the yarn dyeing factory to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of boilers, generators, air compressors, chillers, ETP, WTP, RO, softener plant, HVAC, and utility distribution systems.

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment.

• Monitor and optimize energy consumption (electricity, gas, water, steam, compressed air) to minimize operational cost.

• Supervise and guide maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians, fitters, and utility operators.

• Ensure prompt troubleshooting and root cause analysis for all major equipment failures.

• Maintain spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and AMC management.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety standards, fire safety, electrical safety, environmental regulations, and buyer compliance requirements.

• Support buyer audits, compliance audits, government inspections, and certifications related to maintenance and utility.

• Prepare maintenance budgets, CAPEX proposals, cost control reports, and KPI analysis.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, QA, Compliance, and EHS teams for smooth operation.

• Implement energy-saving, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain proper documentation, logbooks, SOPs, and maintenance records.

• Ensure legal compliance with DoE, boiler authority, electricity rules, and gas safety regulations.
