Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Any other public or reputed private university
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Knitting & Weaving),Production/ Operation Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile, Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly production plan in consultation with the respective management,
∎ Attend the pre-production meetings and provide relevant inputs for the production plan,
∎ Plan and organize knitting machine allocation and raw materials, basis on the production schedules for efficient production,
∎ Manage production pipeline with the executives; Ensure minimum breakdown time; Track machine utilization for maximum production,
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production & QA team to get the corrective actions,
∎ Strong follow up on problem during yarn test, final inspection of grey fabric, testing lab, etc.,
∎ Assist to reduce fabric rejection percentage & increase the best fabric's delivery for dyeing,
∎ SOP set-up & maintain the requirement on grey fabric inspection & shade management,
∎ Oversee the repair and routine maintenance of knitting machine,
∎ Guide Production people on all quality parameters and Improvements,
∎ Ensure on-time style-wise production startup and maximizing the output,
∎ Control wastage of resources, machines, raw materials, chemicals, and other accessories,
∎ Ensure all machines are to the correct standard to manage all styles.

∎ Candidates must have experience in managing Knitting Operation.
