Responsibilities & Context:
Process Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
Performance Metrics: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and monitor progress in process improvement initiatives.
Following-up - all concerned for pre-production activities and Style change over activities to achieve better ramp-up.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working collaboratively with teams across departments to integrate engineering solutions, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Driving innovation by implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
